Increase eCommerce conversion.

Problem 

The eCommerce website of a leading retailer experienced low conversion rates and failed to engage visitors. The experience hindered the user's journey from discovery to purchase.

What we did

We ran stakeholder workshops and evaluated business and user needs. To improve the online shopping experience and elevate the brand we did qualitative user testing to inform the new experience design.

Outcome

The redesign resulted in a 13% click-through-rate increase on campaign categories on the homepage, 0.67% increase in purchase conversions, 29% increase in mobile scroll depth as informed by Quantitative A/B testing.
